the hotel room had useful amenities like an iron , ironing board , and hairdryer. the shower was good. it featured a sliding bathroom door. the hotel is attached to a plaza, and more food and shopping options are accessible. taxis were easily available via grab. the terrace bar offered a nice view. i saw another rooftop bar and an infinity pool.
the staff missed the mark on providing great service. they seemed overwhelmed by the high foot traffic at the rooftop bar. they was inexperienced or not very service-oriented.

I enjoyed the varied breakfast options, and the service was attentive. The adjoining shopping center gave additional meal choices. The hotel offered a regular shuttle boat.
The elevators were often crowded, resulting in longer wait times.

river views that blew my mind
genuine kindness professional assistance rooftop restaurant convenient access
the staff showed genuine kindness and professionalism throughout my stay i really felt valued. the breakfast buffet had plentiful choices some might expect it could be quite busy at times. the rooftop pool and bar offered lovely views especially at night the rooftop restaurant also served really good sushi. the free shuttle boat to sathorn proved very convenient it allowed easy access to different parts of the city
i found that the gym could get a little crowded between 6:30 am and 9 am during peak hours , made it a bit difficult to find available equipment

the hotel sits near icon siam and across the river from asiatique making key attractions accessible. traffic can be heavy so journeys into the city may take longer at certain times of the day it is something to note.

the room had a large double bed with amazing views facing east over the chao phraya river. a wide window allowed for enjoying the scenic river views and the room featured an excellent layout and amenities a feature i really enjoyed.
